Can I share access to different Workspaces with my team or clients?
Yes, you can add team members to each Workspace. Each Workspace allows you to add different team members based on permissions - so you can give the right access to the right people.
Is all of the data, integration connectors, and the Stiddle Pixel separate for each Workspace?
Yes, all of the integration connectors you connect to a Stiddle Workspace is only accessible by that Workspace. This allows you to keep your brands or clients organized under one login.
How does pricing work? Does each Workspace have it's own billing?
Stiddle pricing is based per Workspace. Each Workspace needs its own Stiddle Plan, and has its own billing. See Stiddle's pricing here.
Can I connect all of my ad channels to the same Workspace?
Yes, you can connect all of your ad channels to the same Stiddle Workspace, allowing you to easily access all of your campaign data in a single place. Find a list of all ad connectors here.
Can I connect multiple Shopify or other sales connectors to the same Workspace?
Only one of the same sales connectors can be connected to the same Workspace. For example, if you have multiple Shopify stores, you would need to create a Workspace for each.
